Bugünün dünyasında ülke inanlarının milli yiyecek-içecek alışkanlıkları, küresel birliktelik hızında entegre olarak çeşitlenmiştir. Özellikle doğru beslenme, sağlıklı yaşama bilincinin etkisi; değişik coğrafyalarda yaşayan insanların, süre gelen beslenme alışkanlıklarının, istatistikî olumlu dünya sağlık verileri neticesinde, milli mutfaklarına odaklanılmasını da sağlamıştır. Bizler yiyecek içecek sektörünün gönül dostları olarak, dünyada Çin, Fransız ve Türk mutfağı olarak millileşmiş üç büyük mutfaktan birinin sahibi olmamız nedeniyle üstlendiğimiz misyon lezzetini göz ardı etmemizin mümkün olmadığını bilmekteyiz.

Bu inançla web sitelerimizde, Ülkemiz ve Dünya yiyecek içecek güncel ortamı için, bir çeşit buluşma, tanışma ve tartışma ortamında daha geniş bir hareket alanını farklılaştırmam tek hedefimdir.
